Annabel Wong, Associate
Annabel Wong brings a thoughtful and experienced perspective to organizational evaluation and data analysis, with a practical and data-informed approach honed over a career in various capacities. Annabel embraces the utility of both qualitative and quantitative data, translating these insights into actionable strategies for organizations looking to navigate change. She has co-presented and co-authored critical explorations into civic engagement and global outreach initiatives, merging academic theory with applicable insights to inform her consultancy.
In her role as a consultant since 2019, Annabel specializes in data analysis, creating frameworks and tools to capture and interpret information that illuminates pathways toward effective organizational strategy and policy implementation. Her seasoned expertise in compiling, analyzing, and visualizing data, such as for staff surveys and student programming assessments, demonstrates a comprehensive and insightful approach to evaluation and strategic development. Her previous experiences, from executing evaluation projects at Stanford University’s Haas Center for Public Service to strategizing youth engagement at Plan Canada, have been guided by a commitment to facilitating meaningful change through informed decision-making. Whether connecting with stakeholders, aligning organizational objectives with DEI principles, or navigating the intricate terrains of change management, Annabel brings a balanced and insightful approach to consulting, ready to collaborate and drive forward impactful initiatives. She holds Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Education from Stanford University.
