SPRING GROUP COACHING ONLINE PROGRAM
(February-April 2018)

PROGRAM AT A GLANCE:

The Step Into Your Sovereignty 2.0 program catalyzes the way in which you want to experience your life through 3 program elements over 12 weeks:

1. The Insight Kickstarter package where you receive 2 one-on-one coaching sessions with me so that your goals for the program are crystal clear.

2. Five Learning Modules over 10 weeks. This is where the bulk of your development takes place. During each 2-week module, you will: attend a two-hour confidential group call to share your goals, learning and process with a cohort of women focused on the exact same thing, followed by a self-directed learning module to complete between calls:

MODULE ONE: Program and Group introduction: Sharing our Coaching Topics, Current and New Ways of Being, and Developmental Objectives from the Insight Kickstarter Package. (Note: there will be a pre-assignment for this call to post a short bio of yourself in a private Facebook group).

MODULE TWO: Expanding What’s Possible: Discovering both our “go to” moves in moving toward our goals, and the possible “new moves” we can try on that will accelerate our momentum. (Note: there will be a self-directed learning module on our “default moves” prior to this call).

MODULE THREE: Personality Types: How yours can both help and hinder your progress toward your coaching goals. (Note: there will be a self-directed learning module on the enneagram personality types prior to this call).

MODULE FOUR: Customized Module based on emergent themes arising from the group cohort, and designed to have the most impact on the group’s momentum at this point in the program. The self-directed learning component will be determined once group has formed.

MODULE FIVE: Change and Choice: Explore how you tend to navigate change, what “season” of change that you’re in, and how you can choose to navigate change to achieve your coaching topic. (Note: there will be a self-directed learning module on what season of change that you’re in and how you tend to “show up” in change prior to this call).

A note about the self-directed learning component between calls:
The developmental modules are intended to support your independent learning/reflection to accelerate your growth toward your coaching topic throughout the program. They require a time commitment of approximately 2 hours between the bi-monthly group calls and are necessary pre-components of each group coaching call.

3. A sixth and final group coaching program completion 3-hour session that will wrap-up the program. During this session we: reflect back on your learning and change since the beginning of the program, recognizing victories on your unique developmental objectives for the program and noting areas of future development, and, capture what’s emerging for you beyond the life of the program that can be supported by intentional planning. (Note: A program reflection template will be provided prior to this final session).

  • PROGRAM RATE (registration closes Friday, FEBRUARY 2nd): $740/12 weeks
  • FRIEND RATE (sign up with a friend by Friday, FEBRUARY 2nd): $650/each/12 weeks

DATES:

  • One-on-one Insight Kickstarter packages begin Monday, JAN. 22nd and end Friday, FEB. 9th.
  • Group Sessions begin week of FEB. 12th: day/time TBD based on group doodle poll sent out to participants.

***The Step Into Your Sovereignty program is capped at a maximum of 8 women to ensure customized programming that meets the unique developmental needs of each participant.
