Leadership Team Development

Create a ripple effect in your organizational culture through unleashing the power of your leadership team to work with, and not in spite of, difference.

We use a unique blend of organizational development, systems change, leadership development, and coaching principles and practices to help your leadership team become how it needs to be to succeed.

Your leadership team context and dynamics are unique. We take a bespoke approach to customize our services to meet your organizational leadership needs.

What does it look like to work together?

DISCOVERY 1 > We have an initial consultation to get a sense of your leadership team’s developmental needs and context, and to clarify the results that you want.

INITIAL SCOPE > We send you a leadership team development proposal that summarizes the results that you want, as well as a high-level process and budget proposal for your review. We review and revise together until we have agreement on the proposed scope.

DISCOVERY 2 > We conduct one-on-one interviews or focus groups with the leaders on your team to discover the themes most relevant to the results that you’re seeking.

FINAL SCOPE & DESIGN > Once we’ve discovered themes, we propose a specific learning program, framework, or tools to achieve our agreed upon scope of work together. We design the learning or capacity-building option that we’ve agreed to in more detail.

IMPLEMENT > We facilitate or help you implement the leadership team development process that we’ve agreed to, including the particular capacity-building practices that will get your leaders where you want to go within a timeline and scope agreed to.

Examples include: increase trust and capacity to navigate conflict (improving interpersonal dynamics); clarify roles and responsibilities; develop leaders capacity to communicate more effectively with each other; identify leadership styles and appreciate situational leadership; culture change (assessment and visioning), navigating complexity (polarity management), increasing value delivered to stakeholders based on review of organizational ecosystem and team’s role in addressing this, etc.

What People Have to Say...

“The work Jessica did with our team was outstanding and sustainable. She has excellent communication skills and sensitivity to people from diverse backgrounds and visions. Jessica facilitated the expression of different views all the while bringing a sense of strong purpose and unity to discussions. She is professional, creative, analytical and brings a unique approach and vision to her work. I would strongly recommend her, and I would not hesitate to rehire her. She’s a phenomenal facilitator… and I’ve experienced a lot of them!”
