Dear Jessica, thank you for diving into your first video blog with this sticky yet significant conversation around shame! Brené Brown would be so proud 🙂 As always, I found your content insightful and questions thought-provoking. I look forward to your next video!

Thanks for the feedback Glenys and glad you found the content insightful and questions thought-provoking! And, yes, Brene Brown absolutely!

Wow. Just today I was pondering my seeming fear of success, (thinking that I must be alone in it) and then, as if in answer, to stumble upon your video blog about the root cause of that fear! AND how to start to systematically dismantle it in myself.

    Amazing. I have chills.
    Many thanks, Jessica.

Thanks Jessica! This speaks to me and the many layers I had to get through to begin to facilitate publicly, and still grapple with in more subtle ways. I like the part about how feeling disempowered can create competitiveness too, rather than collaboration. I would like to hear more about that. The social conditioning part is so key. Thank you.

Hey Rebekah, Thanks for the comment. I hear you on the “still grapple with in more subtle ways” part. It’s an ongoing process for sure. And, yes, I love how you caught that side note about how disempowerment can create competition! (amongst other things). I’ll try to dig into that in one of my upcoming video blogs! Thanks for the request.
